SSUNI issues joint call to cancel 2021 exams!
SSUNI has issued a joint call with NI Children’s Commissioner, Koulla Yiasouma, to cancel exams in 2021.
The toll that continuous assessment and uncertainty is having on students is too much and SSUNI now believes that an alternative method of assessment is the best option for our students amid the current disruption.
The lack of clarity is damaging to young people. Teachers and students who work and learn in our schools everyday understand that exams are not feasible under the current disruption and SSUNI are calling on the Minister to listen to the views of those in the middle of pandemic-era education.
